Near $30M in one day

Our June auction results are in and once again the strength of our local market is beautifully summarised in just a few short bullet points:

• 19 properties sold
• Over $28.5M in sales
• 80% clearance rate
• Over 70 registered bidders

Let me clarify, this is NOT for the entire month of June. These figures were recorded at The Collective’s June Auctions event at The Calile Hotel last Saturday. One single event, lasting for only a few hours. Essentially, each month a selection of prestige properties from across The Collective is taken to auction under the one roof, in front of a captive audience of relevant buyers. 

Congratulations to our buyers and vendors, and thank you to all who dropped by this most recent event. Also a massive heartfelt thank you to my great mate and the best auctioneer in the business, Haesley Cush. I couldn’t do it without you mate.

⁠And so we now roll on and prepare to go again next month at our July Auctions event. Once again our friends at The Calile Hotel will play host, with Saturday, July 13th locked in.
