Will Messi buy in Brisbane?

We’re currently managing the most active start for a January campaign in our experience. The demand for this particular property comes as little surprise, given I’m referring to Casa Espri on Hamilton Hill.

GRAYA’s insanely luxurious recently-completed mansion drew 257 buyers through its doors during its initial open home last weekend. In the first two days of hitting the market, we received 76 online enquiries and more than 300 social media enquiries, which is unprecedented. It was also the most viewed property in Australia this week.

These figures are made up of locals and those interested in seeing a GRAYA product up close, but also international buyers from the likes of Singapore, as well as Sydney and Melbourne folk venturing north for an inspection.

We truly are so proud to be marketing Casa Espri via an expressions of interest campaign. This campaign closes on Friday, February 23 and here’s what I need you to remember – the owner wants a solid contract price before this closed date. The greatest misconception around an expressions of interest campaign lies in believing that offers should be made at the end. Wrong. Similar to an auction, vendors are generally wanting to seal the deal before push comes to shove in those final nervous moments.

It’s been a massive start to the year already, with not only the launch of Casa Espri, but a palatial riverfront estate along Hawthorne’s Virginia Avenue, as well as the most beautiful acreage property at Jesmond Road in Fig Tree Pocket. These are three of the most spectacular homes I’ve had the privilege of selling, and they’re all currently on the market.

International interest in Brisbane’s prestige real estate continues to rise, so I’m jumping on a plane after this weekend’s open homes to tap into that huge overseas buyer source. Hong Kong is where I’ll be, meeting with the most successful agents and groups to capitalise on the increasing influx of Chinese interest in our properties here at home. Rather than talking about trends and buyers, I’m eliminating the noise to seek them out in person. I may also find the time to catch Inter Miami CF taking on a selection of Hong Kong’s best players in an exhibition match, so I’ll see if Messi’s keen on a piece of Brisbane while I’m at it.

Check back in here next week, and I’ll tell you how it all went.

I hope you enjoy the read.
