As operations manager, Mariana Ferrari (Maz) is my right-hand woman. Authentic, determined, thoughtful and efficient, Maz is an absolute professional at ensuring a smooth transaction process during what can be a highly pressured and emotional time. Her long list of responsibilities includes producing all selling marketing material, managing my schedule and the team, overseeing all campaign suppliers, and liaising with clients. I could write a book covering the thousands of ways Maz contributes, her 100 per cent dedication is mind-blowing and I’d trust her with my life.
Ben Osborne is a sales associate with a difference. How so? Ben actually cares about offering excellent service, going way beyond what’s often required. He’s a Brissie lad by birth, with family connections in real estate and development, so property’s in his blood. Like my best mate Haesley Cush, Ben grew up attending open homes and driving by houses which means real estate is second nature to him.
Finally, sales associate Alastar See perfectly rounds out Team Lancashire with his keen sense of humour, innate understanding of successful partnerships, and fresh perspective. This former Nudgee College student’s background is in business studies, and he’s also handy to know if you’re looking for a hit of tennis as he spent several years coaching at the Queensland Tennis Academy, as well as his alma mater.
Both Ben and Al are present at our mid-week and Saturday open homes, delivering them to a world-class standard. They also conduct private inspections, work closely with me in regards to buyer management, oversee our global database, and generate pre-market offers.
