Top 0.1% of the market

I wrote last week about Brisbane’s growing $5M+ property club, and why the volume of sales in that elite bracket is significantly increasing year-on-year.

The city’s latest landmark residence set to once again support this fascinating data trajectory is 29 Laidlaw Parade, East Brisbane. I’m incredibly proud to introduce this top-tier home to the market; it’s an outstanding showcase of prominent riverfront architecture and location. Designed by the award-winning Greg Natale, and constructed by CHS Building, this is European-inspired contemporary luxury created to celebrate the original owners’ deep connection with Italy.

The numbers are clear – 920sq m of living, and 15 metres of absolute Brisbane River frontage on 597sq m. Breaking it down further, there are five bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms (five ensuites), a designated study, four-car garage, wellness centre, chef’s kitchen, two bars, BBQ terrace, swimming pool, fireplaces and a lift. All of this is within 3km of the CBD. Did I mention the property is also north-facing with vistas across the river, city, Kangaroo Point and New Farm?

The sale of this home in May, 2022 reflected its pedigree and position within Brisbane’s property market at that time. Given the current insatiable desire for ultra-luxury inner-city riverfront listings, and considering high-end comparables, my expectations for the sale of this bespoke residence in today’s climate are extremely high. I believe it’s worthy of another record for the exclusive Laidlaw Parade enclave, and we have serious interest from buyers already.

If you would like to discuss this property personally with me, or have queries regarding other high-end assets, please call me directly. In the meantime, the next inspection for 29 Laidlaw Parade, East Brisbane is this Saturday, 11:45am-12:15pm.

I look forward to seeing you there.
