Record-breaking EOFY results

Ray White Collective has enjoyed a mammoth 2023/24 financial year, as demand from local, interstate and international buyers continues to drive Brisbane’s prestige property sales.

Personally, I’m pleased to say my top eight sales achieved a net value of more than $59M, with all properties selling for between $11M+ to $5.89M. 

This Financial year my team and I have sold and settled $221.533M worth of property, with an average sale price of $4.43M. We met more than 2400 buyers, and received more than 105 offers. 

These figures are testament to the power and strength of our network.
