Will and Kate had better get in quick!!

ByHaesley Cush

Why should Will and Kate get in quick? You may be surprised to know we completed 16 contracts for apartments under $500k for the month and a further 3 between $500 -600k, classic first home buyer territory.  All newlyweds need fresh digs and where better than in the Sunshine State with an economy that won’t stop turning.  The first home buyer interest is being fuelled mainly due to the banks loosening their lending criteria allowing buyers back into the entry level market.

With all the public holidays it’s hard to know where the month has gone! We have the ‘May Day’ long weekend ahead of us and that means…well it’s May.

Happy Hunting
