This week….

By Haesley Cush

On Wednesday night, as Danny Green prepared to defend his belt, we invited first home buyers to a meeting to discuss their fight to purchase the right property. The night was well attended with roughly 50 people turning up to hear from lawyers, loan brokers and I shared a few insights about purchasing at auctions.

We have seen strong interest in recent weeks from first home owners and still we are yet to see any change due to the new stamp duty levies.

This Sunday we will auction roughly 30 properties at the Emporium Hotel. Phil Parker and I will once again wield the gavel over proceedings and it should be a great event. Auctions commence from 10am a full order of sale will be printed in tomorrows Courier Mail or email me hc@rwnf.com.au for a copy.

Happy Hunting
