Spring Selling Season!!!

By Haesley Cush

If you look at the past to predict the future then the next 3 months are looking pretty good!  September turned out to be the office’s biggest sales month in 18 months with over $22 million in sales!! The story to come out of the month is the specific price ranges that saw sales.

  • 15 properties were sold under $625,000
  • 9 properties were sold over $1.2million
  • With only 2 properties sold between those prices (which was 2 sales in the $700’s)

This movement shows confidence both in the property market and the current prices.  Rents have also been strong over the last month.  This should equate to strong enquiry and sales in the final quarter.  We kick off October with 2 auctions tomorrow morning – 10.30am on the Cnr of Oxlade Dr and Brunswick St New Farm and 12noon at Cathedral Place in the Valley – love to see you there! Don’t miss our ‘Property and Wine Expo’ at the QA Hoel on Wednesday the 12th October – to register Happy Hunting, Haesley Cush
