And that’s all but a wrap on 2024. One of the best 12 months my team and I have experienced, on so many levels.
This year was marked for greatness when we were recognised at the Ray White Queensland 2023-24 annual awards held at the Royal International Convention Centre in September. Ray White Collective once again secured the top spot as the number one International Multi-Partner Group, plus No 3 in the international rankings for Ray White and was also named the Top Business by settled commission again.
My best mate and business partner Haesley Cush said it best when he spoke on behalf of our entire Collective team at the awards, thanking the White family and reflecting on his almost 30 year journey within the company.
“I consider it a privilege that I have worked and grown up under the White family’s leadership. This is our 19th year at Ray White New Farm and my 28th year at Ray White awards…We know we are not perfect but we hunt those imperfections. We know that we can improve but we can’t ever concede on consistency or ethic. As a group we are fiercely determined to continue to improve. Our gains will come from continuing to face the mirror rather than look outside the window and blame others. Ray White Collective – you continue to inspire Matt and I.”
Personally, it was incredibly satisfying to be recognised as the number one principal in settled commission within Queensland, and No 5 internationally. The business also won the top Operations/Administration Team of the Year too, headed up by the amazing Leesa Paull.
Our success is also clear when looking at the numbers, specifically our top three sales in 2024;
102 Virginia Ave, Hawthorne – $11,380,000
45 Glencairn Ave, Indooroopilly – $9,000,000
86 Hillside Crescent, Hamilton – $8,000,000
Success breeds success, which means we’re chomping at the bit to kick off 2025 and another massive 12 months of selling Brisbane’s best real estate. With an interest rate cut tipped for as early as February, next year is going to be nothing short of spectacular and I’m excited to rip in.
So, from my family to yours, thank you for your support, have a safe and wonderful Christmas and we very much look forward to catching up in the near future.
Happy holidays.
Matt Lancashire
