Shaven but not stirred!!

Last week Dan Smith, who’s been with us for 10 yrs, took the ‘Clip for Cancer’ challenge.  With the tragic recent passing of Dan’s mother in law he has been an advocate for raising funds and awareness for Ovarian Cancer.  He said shaving his head was a small sacrifice and he was due for a haircut anyway. From the front line, and with only 2 weeks to go, the results are still strong.  We are only 9 days in and have sold just over $8million in sales.  We have seen an increase in buyer activity at open houses, but more importantly in their urgency to make offers.  Pricing has still not seen any improvement but this confidence is demonstrating that buyers are seeing value at the current levels.

We are poised for a big finish for the end of the year and a strong start for Rentals & Sales.
