Exciting news – Ray White Collective Commercial

By Matt Lancashire

We’re extremely proud to announce that, as of this month, we have officially launched Ray White Collective Commercial, which is now part of the Ray White Commercial Group for the wider network.

Often the greatest achievements require countless hours of blood, sweat and tears. This is the case for Ray White Collective Commercial, which has been a dream in the making for almost two decades. In fact, for the last 19 years of selling real estate, launching a commercial division has been an aspiration of mine, one that’s shared by my partner in crime Haesley Cush.

Our whole business ethos at Ray White Collective centres on a leader-first approach, and so for years we’ve been seeking the right people to head-up our commercial division. Recently, we entered into discussions withleading agents in the industrial space Neal Orpin, Isaac Sarra and operations expert Patricia Valinho. As luck would have it, they were searching for a change and we offered the ideal opportunity to launch a commercial division at Ray White Collective. Neal and Isaac bring a wealth of experience, have seamlessly integrated into our organisation, and have been instrumental in education and growth alongside our residential team.

Over the years, I’ve had many clients who own commercial property seeking the right contact, whether that be in the form of a commercial agent or leasing agent. Neal and Isaac are the perfect fit, and we’re so thrilled to see Ray White Collective Commercial open for business. For all your commercial needs, be it buying, renting or selling, our team at Ray White Collective Commercial is ready to assist.

I hope you enjoyed the read.
