What an impressive night! Thursday 3rd July saw our first inaugural Auction Gala Event, “Auctions Under the Stars”. It was a fantastic night, with some huge results achieved. There were 10 properties auctioned, with 7 selling under the hammer. What was more impressing was there were 100 registered bidders across the 10 properties.

The atmosphere was electric, with over 220 people attending. Simply being there would have left no shadow of doubt about the state of the current market, and Ray White New Farm’s stance within the market place. Our auction success rate for the night was 70%, well above the Brisbane average of 51%.

Thank you to Gerard’s bistro who provided canapés throughout the night, and to and News Limited for their sponsorship. Congratulations to all who purchased and sold their properties on the night, we hope it was an enjoyable process. A big thank you to everyone that came along – We hope you had a great night. We also managed to raise over $500 for the New Farm Community Centre through a raffle on the night.  A massive thank you again to Gerrards Bistro for providing a $200 dinner voucher!
