And that’s a wrap!

It’s fair to say 2023 has been a year to remember for myself and my team. 

“Record-breaking” has been tossed around, and rightly so given the numbers achieved during the past 12 months not only personally but across our wider Ray White The Collective group.

It’s been the biggest calendar year for us yet, as Brisbane’s prestige market stamps its authority as arguably the nation’s strongest performing market. 

Let’s take a look at those numbers I referred to above;

• My team has sold and settled $296M in property across 71 transactions
• Personally, I sold 27 properties over $5M and 10 properties over $8M
• My top three sales – 101 Welsby St, New Farm for $20.5M, 25 Grays Rd, Hamilton for $10M and 45 Glencairn Ave, Indooroopilly for $9M+ 
• We met 4,311 buyers and attracted 241 offers across our homes

Clearly, Brisbane’s high-end market will continue to shine in 2024 as a steady stream of southerners flows across the border. 

I have an enormous level of gratitude for our wonderful buyers and sellers – locals, expats and interstate parties – all who continue to place their trust in our expertise, experience and dedication. Thank you for your contribution in making this year remarkable.
