Josh Hooton

Josh’s affinity for property runs in his blood. His father a builder and mother an interior architect, as a child Josh never lived in a finished house for longer than a month before his parents moved on to their next project! 

Seemingly an inconvenience as a child, this life experience provided him with a great understanding of the building process from a young age, which grew into a lifelong passion for property.  

Following his graduation from Ipswich Grammar School, Josh completed his tertiary studies at QUT, acquiring both a Bachelor of Justice Studies and Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) - proving to be an invaluable asset in understanding the sales process.  

Josh’s exceptional ability to create strong, long-lasting relationships with both buyers and sellers have made him an invaluable asset to the Ray White team. Developing extensive connections throughout his competitive Mountain Bike career, Josh honed his sales skills from an early age in the retail industry. Josh’s honest, friendly and approachable demeanour ensures all his clients feel instantly at ease at every stage of their property investment journey.
