From the moment he entered the real estate industry, it was clear John Flahey had a talent for helping people. From the outset he won the rising star award in his first year in real estate and has continued to exceed client expectations throughout his career ever since.
John’s former experience as the owner of a motivational business has equipped him with an edge when it comes to servicing clients. Before launching his career as a motivational coach, John spent years coordinating corporate conferences and team building exercises for merging businesses and he also owned and operated a small business on Latrobe Terrace, Paddington, for five years.
John has also travelled throughout Australia and South East Asia as a corporate trainer, has worked with young men to help them achieve an education and become a contributing member of the community and boasts retail experience in major brands such as David Jones and Nestle as a sales manager.
For three years, he worked with middle to senior management in corporate organisations to achieve target market sales and he now brings his skills to Ray White New Farm.
Since then, John has flourished in the local real estate market achieving impressive results for all of his clients whether they’re buying, selling or investing. In 2021 he broke the Red Hill price record with the sale of 101 Windsor Road, a testament to his dedication and skill in the industry.
John’s experience means he has exceptional communication skills, is sales driven and understands a client’s desire for a smooth transaction whether they buy, sell or invest.
John’s devotion to his local community means he has a deep understanding of the locale to better help clients find their ultimate property. Community spirit and support is just as important to John as the real estate industry, with John currently supporting a number of local charities within his community. He has previously participated in a number of major fundraising drives and awareness campaigns close to his heart.
