Grace Scammells

Grace Scammells is from a third generation property family and is a valuable addition to providing a high level of service for your home. In addition to being a high performing part of Christine's team, Grace is highly educated, currently studying her Bachelor of Business / Law degree at UQ. Grace attends every open home with Christine and is a delightful meet and greet for the buyers.

Grace manages Christine's extensive database of buyers and invites all relevant buyers to our inspection. She will send out invites to all buyer matches on our Ray White database and inform them of your home coming onto the market. These are buyers who are pre-qualified and ready to buy today.  Post inspection, Grace does thorough due diligence on all buyers. Any buyer Grace uncovers that has highlighted their interest in your home will be passed onto Christine to manage moving for ward. Christine will then keep in regular contact with these buyers.

Together she and Christine compile a detailed report for our clients each week to keep them informed of exactly who the key prospects are interested in their property, other properties they may be considering, their current capacity and motivation to purchase. This detailed reporting system delivered to our sellers, provides our clients receive high level communication giving them certainty we are reaching every possible buyer locally, nationally and internationally, currently searching for a home meeting their criteria.
