A bittersweet goodbye

One of the greatest operators I’ve worked with is leaving our team. 

My right-hand woman, Mariana Ferrari, is packing her bags for Melbourne after a mindblowing five years of being the best in the business as our Head of Operations. It’s no surprise she was selected for a role down south, which also happens to base her closer to family. 

I’ve never met anyone as efficient, adept and professional as our Maz. Not only does she absolutely win every single day with us at Ray White New Farm, she’s also a beautiful human who treats everyone with the same level of respect. 

Ask any of our clients about Maz, and they’ll overwhelmingly support me in commending her 100 per cent dedication to each sales campaign we manage. Every agent needs a “Maz” on their team, and I consider it an immense privilege to have worked with her during what has been an unprecedented period of growth and change across our industry. 

Thank you Maz, for being an absolute star at what you do and a great friend. If Melbourne weather’s getting the best of you, our Ray White Collective doors are always open. 

Finally, and I promise I didn’t forget, a happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful mums out there. Strong, capable, smart, talented, reliable, accomplished, resilient…these are just a few words which come to mind when I think of my own mum and my beautiful wife Caity. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
