If you look at the past to predict the future then the next 3 months are looking pretty good! September turned out to be the office’s biggest sales month in 18 months with over $22 million in sales!! The story to come out of the month is the specific price ranges that saw sales.
This movement shows confidence both in the property market and the current prices. Rents have also been strong over the last month.
