I have just had an application accepted on 50 Crase St, a property managed by the Ray White New Farm office. I just wanted to express how impressed my wife and I were with both Amelia and Karla, the two girls we dealt with during the process. I have recently had quite a lot of business dealings with Karla, as I transferred the management of one of my investment properties from another agency in New Farm to Ray White New Farm. The transfer happened at a time when the existing tenants in the property moved out immediately after their lease expired. This was unexpected with almost no notice as the previous agents had neglected to send them the necessary paperwork so they could advise if they were staying or leaving. As a result Karla was given the difficult job of handling the transfer of management, the tenants leaving, and finding new tenants, all at once.

From day one Karla dealt with the situation coolly, calmly, efficiently and professionally. She meticulously covered every detail and thoroughly followed up everything that needed to be done. The entire changeover of agency and tenants was accomplished in under three weeks due to Karla's hard work and dedication. I now have new tenants, I am receiving a $20 per week rent increase, I pay lower management fees than I did with the other agency and I have a much better management team than I had before.
