      This is a letter of commendation relating to the professionalism I encountered with Andrew Drazek of Ray White, New Farm when I sold my property this year. I came across Mr Drazek’s name on a sold sign on a former home of mine in Union St, Spring Hill and called him to find out the selling price – I was astounded with the figure mentioned. I was not happy with the manner in which my current agent was handling my Sedgebrook Street property nor the figures mentioned as being the probable value – especially in view of the figure achieved on Union Street – so I made an arrangement for a meeting with Andrew. I took an instant liking to Andrew as he was totally different from Real Estate agents that I had come across before – his unassuming manner and quiet confidence a refreshing change.
